Hello @ all,
Könntet ihr bitte die Sätze korrigieren?
Hier die Aufgabe:
Setzen Sie das passende Verb ein. Benutzen Sie außerdem it/them/me/her/ etc. Wählen Sie aus.
bring back - put up - wake up - pick up - fill in - give up - put out - ring up - cross out - look up
a) The baby is asleep. For goodness sake don’t wake it up.
b) Has John still got our lawn mower?
No, he brought it back yesterday.
c) He knows smoking is bad for him but he refuses to give it up.
d) When he heard Jane was coming to London soon, he decided to rang her up and ask her to lunch.
e) You’ve spelt that word wrongly. Look it up!
f) If you don’t know the meaning of a word you should always look it up in your dictionary.
g) I don’t know how I’m going to get to work tomorrow. There is a bus strike.
I’ll pick you up, if you like. I drive past your road anyway.
h) I’ve brought the forms you need to apply for a driving licence, so all you have to do is to cross it out.
i) If your sister comes to England, I suppose we shall have to put her up for a week.
j) By the time the firemen reached the fire, the police had already put it out.
Es wäre schon, wenn ihr mir helfen würdet. Irgendwie kenne ich einige Ausdrücke nicht.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen,
Andreas

Hallo Andreas
| Zitat: | | Könntet ihr bitte die Sätze korrigieren? |
Ich schaue mal rüber
Hier die Aufgabe:

d) When he heard Jane was coming to London soon, he decided to rang ringher up and ask her to lunch.
e) You’ve spelt that word wrongly. Look it up! cross it out - deine Antwort war zwar nicht falsch, aber du hattest noch "cross it out" noch übrig und drum musste das noch hinein.
f) If you don’t know the meaning of a word you should always look it up in your dictionary.
g) I don’t know how I’m going to get to work tomorrow. There is a bus strike.
I’ll pick you up, if you like. I drive past your road anyway.
h) I’ve brought the forms you need to apply for a driving licence, so all you have to do is to cross it out. fill it in, denn er sollte es nicht durchstreichen
i) If your sister comes to England, I suppose we shall have to put her up for a week.
j) By the time the firemen reached the fire, the police had already put it out.

Liebe Grüße
Nicky
