Try to express what you think about travelling. Travelling for pleasure is exciting and it brings fun. You can go abroad to learn a lof of other countries and their people, furthermore about their cultures and customs, otherwise you can flight to a sunny beach only to relax. You can enjoy your holiday without any stress. After such pleasant holidays I think you can manage your everyday life very better until the next holidays and you have much to tell your friends or your colleagues. But if you have to travel for business it is most full of stress because you have to keep to appointments, most of the time you sit in offices or in conference rooms and you have often to leave on the same day. "flight" ist ein Nomen - du brauchst das Verb dazu. Was heißt denn "fliegen"? "otherwise" passt hier auch nicht hin. Ich würde einfach einen neuen Satz anfangen und schreiben "Or you can [fliegen] to a sunny beach just to relax. You can enjoy your holiday without any stress. After such pleasant holidays I think you can manage your everyday life very much better until the next holidays and you have much a lot to tell your friends or your colleagues. But if you have to travel for business it is most usually (ich nehme an, du wolltest "meistens" sagen? Das geht mit "most" alleine nicht.
