Hi
Put the verbs in the simple past
Mr Parker, a teacher, didn’t like (like-neg) going on school trips. One day last spring he spent (spend) a day with his class at a lake near London, but never again!
Mr Parker had (have) a lot of bad luck with his pupils.
They took (take) the nine o'clock train, but it was (be) full, so they all stood (stand) in the corridor. Some pupils forgot (forget) their picnic lunches, and one girl left (leave) hers on the train. At the lake, some pupils swam (swim) in the water, others bought (buy) drinks at a kiosk, sat (sit) down under a tree and began (begin) to drink and eat sandwiches. But later some boys in a boat were (be) silly. One of them lost (lose) his balance and fell (fall) into the water. Mr Parker got (get) very angry. He only felt (feel) happy on the way home. But even on the train the pupils made (make) a noise! They read (read) comics and told (tell) jokes. Mr Parker didn’t laugh (laugh-neg).
Vielen Dank fürs nachschauen
